Comment l'utiliser ?

Voie interne réservée au thérapeute.
Déconseillé chez la femme enceinte.
Irritation cutanée possible à l'état pur.
Utilisée à fortes doses, peux provoquer des maux de tête et des nausées.

Si vous souffrez de tachycardie ou que votre pouls devient rapide,
massez la région du cœur avec quelques gouttes d'huile essentielle d'ylang-ylang.
En diffusion atmosphérique, cette huile essentielle sera bénéfique pour
votre corps et votre esprit.

Si vous aimez réaliser des bougies, mettre quelques gouttes d'huile essentielle dans la parafine ou la cire d'abeilles (si vous aimez les bougies naturelles) avant que la cire ne refroidisse.

Demandez toujours une huile essentielle de grande qualité. Beaucoup d'huiles essentielles sur le marché sont falsifiées et de ce fait, elles sont bien moins efficaces.
